Clearing your browser’s cache

The browser’s cache stores the contents of all Web pages visited during a visit to the Discovery Series website.

To clear the browser’s cache, follow the instructions below for the browser type:

Microsoft Edge users:

1. Select Elipses Icon (3 dots) in upper right side of browser.
2. Click Settings at the bottom of the menu.
3. Under Clear browsing data click the Choose what to clear button.
4. Ensure Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files options are checked.
5. Click Clear button.
6. Close any open menus.

Internet Explorer 11 and above users:

1. Select the Gear icon (tools icon).
2. Select Safety.
3. Click the Delete browsing history… option.
4. Ensure Cookies and website data and Temporary Internet files and website files options are checked.
5. Click the Delete button.

Mozilla Firefox 45 and above users:

1. Select Menu Icon (three stacked lines in upper right corner of browser).
2. Select Preferences.
3. Select the Privacy and Security option on left side.
4. Scroll to the Cookies and Site Data section.
5. Click the Clear Data button.
6. Ensure Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content options are checked.
7. Click the Clear button.
8. Click the Clear Now button in the confirmation popup.
9. Close the Preferences window.

Apple Safari 10 and above users:

1. Click Safari in the Mac OS Menu.
2. Select Preferences.
3. Select the Privacy option.
4. Click the Manage Website Data… button.
5. Click the Remove All button.
6. Click the Remove Now button in the confirmation popup.
7. Click the Done button.
8. Close the Preferences window.

Google Chrome (most current version) users:

1. Select the Three Vertical Dots icon in the upper right of your browser.
2. Select More Tools from the menu.
3. Select the Clear Browsing Data… option under More Tools.
4. Ensure the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files options are checked.
5. Click the Clear data button.

Opera 42 and above and Opera Mobile users:

1. Select Opera in the Mac OS Menu.
2. Select Preferences.
3. Select the Privacy & security option.
4. Click the Clear Browsing Data… button under Privacy.
5. Ensure the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files options are checked.
6. Click the Clear Browsing Data button.
7. Close the Preferences window.
